  Greg Shaefermeyer was very patient and thorough throughout a complicated real estate transaction. He coordinated the sale of our home to our son and the purchase of our new home. He worked with the title company to insure that all the closings happened on the same day. We would have been lost without his guidance and expertise.   We loved our experience with Academy Mortgage! Greg was amazing to work with. When we find our home we knew we were going to have to move through the process very quickly. From the time that our offer got accepted to the time we closed was 15 business days. It was the fastest close that our agent had ever seen. We had a ton of questions and they answered every single one very respectfully and never made us feel dumb. We would recommend Academy Mortgage in South Ogden to anyone!!

  I didn't think it was possible for me to buy a house right now. And Brandy was so nice, made everything so easy and not seem quite so overwhelming. Every time I worked with her she was so professional, so friendly and made me so excited to purchase my future. I really felt like she had my best interest at heart.   Everybody at Academy was really fast and made the process really easy. This was my first mortgage, so I had a lot of questions about how everything worked. Jim was great at making sure I understood everything before moving forward. He always made sure I knew what I needed to do and how the process was coming along. In the end he was able to save me a good amount of money and I walked away happy!
