  WOW! Janie and her team were just wonderful throughout the entire home buying process! We are first time home buyers and definitely had a lot of questions and they were able to answer every single on of them. Sandra was also very nice and always a pleasure to speak with! 10/10 we would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a home & we will definitely be using them in the future :)

  I will admit that it's hard to impress me, but Janie and her team are impressive! They made the home buying process extremely easy. Everything happened quickly as well. They were always available to answer all questions and were always so professional and kind. I would highly recommend to everyone, without hesitation.

  Janie Hernandez has been assisting me with my buyers for many years now and even assisted me recently with my own home purchase.   I had such a wonderful experience working with such amazing woman! Janie was my first point of contact and subsequently Rosie. From beginning to end I was always informed on where I was at and what may have been needed from me. Seeing as I was a first-time home buyer I knew nothing. Janie educated me, and guided me while Rosie was always by my side with any questions I had. I never felt stupid from a question I had, I never felt rushed from those conversations, belittled because I am not educated in the process. I was always met with patience, kindness, attentiveness and even excitement. I highly recommended this powerhouse that is Academy Mortgage. However, Academy Mortgage is a powerhouse because of these two awesome individuals.

  Janie Hernandez is an absolute rock star! Closing on our house as a couple who were living in two different countries at the time with pandemic restrictions added in was super tricky. Janie and her team went WAY above and beyond to get everything done. I spoke with Janie and a few other people at her office. Everyone was very professional and always completely on top of things. They worked together seamlessly. This was our first mortgage and we had plenty of questions. All of them were patiently and fully answered promptly. As an added bonus, Janie coordinated directly with our realtor to make sure nothing fell through the gaps and to make sure we could quickly place our most competitive offer in a crazy market. If you are looking for a mortgage, Janie and her team should be your top choice.
