  I worked with multiple lenders and narrowed my decision down to Chase Wilde with Academy Mortgage. He was hands down the best I came across. He is very knowledgeable, willing to put in the effort, and transparent throughout the entire process. Chase went the extra mile and answered every question I asked with clarity.   I just wrapped up working with Brandon Aiello at Academy Mortgage. He helped me with getting a mortgage on our house. This isn't just any regular mortgage, this was one where I just shut down the unsuccessful company I was running after 3 years and just started a new job within the last year. If you have tried to get home financing before, that is an almost impossible situation to get approved. Brandon is such an expert on all the different programs borrowers can qualify for and was able to get us our loan when a bank couldn't make it happen. Now he isn't a miracle worker, I did have 2x the equity in house than the loan I was getting, but that is a useless point if a bank won't get past your job history and they try to deduct your current income by the amount your closed business lost in the previous year. To many readers of this review, what I just explained may not make sense, to a business owner, this review makes all the sense in the world. If Brandon can handle my complicated home loan, he can certainly your situation, call the office and ask for him!

  As a first time home buyer I was nervous at first because of the horror stories I have heard in the past. After going through this process it was a truly amazing experience and was stress free. We were able to close on the house before our anticipated closing date and all parties involved were very impressed with Academy Mortgage.

  Dean Wegner was AWESOME!! Nothing less than Magnificent as a Loan Officer!!! On a scale of 1-5, I would give Dean a "12"!!! He answered all our questions expeditiously. His knowledge base of Loan origination and Real Estate were a Dynamic Duo for us and we felt 101% ready for every aspect of the Loan Process. I have worked with many other companies and banks attempting to use my VA Loan to purchase my home. NONE of them had as much knowledge and experience as Dean did...not even the quote-unquote Military banks. At the end of the process there was absolutely NO question that I asked Dean that he didn't have an answer to, or knew someone I could talk to about the situation!! Thank you Team Dean for a fantastic Loan Process!!!

  I found David Wood of Academy Mortgage by searching the internet for a mortgage agent who is geographically convenient, knowledgeable about VA guarantees and highly rated. David met those criteria. Experience taught me when dealing with the government to expect to be inundated with paperwork. David's knowledge, experience and diligence led us through the documentation (an unbelievable number of forms and records), VA and lender approval, closing process and funding in less than a month! His advice proved to be accurate and his guidance in the refinancing process was essential.

  Dean is the MAN!!!! There was no detail overlooked by Dean and his team at Academy Mortgage. I deal with high end real estate in Arizona and I can not believe the experience I had with this transaction. Easy, Simple, and no, they did not pay me to write this review. I am so happy with my experience that I had to write a review for them!!! Great Company!
