  We called Sari after hours on a Sunday to get an emergent Preapproval as we were unable to contact our original loan officer with a different company. She returned our call within just a few minutes. Sari has gone above and beyond throughout our entire experience. I would use her as my loan officer again and again. I would recommend her for anyone's mortgage loan.

  We started our home buying process with another lender and were having no luck with funding during covid with my husband being self employed and me on maternity leave. Ordering the appraisal through that other lender took so long that our credit check expired and we had to restart the whole process again just to find out it wasn’t going to work out. Our agent then recommended Sari and after a five minute phone conversation, switching over to her was a no brainier. She was so responsive to all of our questions and was extremely helpful when letting us know what documents she needed and was so specific. She always exhausted every other option before asking us to provide any other information and did so much extra work to find missing links in our calculations and documentation. Sari always answered our calls and was so supportive during the entire process. I one hundred percent do not think we would’ve gotten this home without Sari. Looking forward to working with her again in the future!

  OMG ... this was the easiest, most organized, transparent home loan process I have ever experienced. Sari Esnard is phenomenal. I knew I wanted to get the lower interest rates but hated the thought of starting the entire process. I can't believe how easy the Academy Mortgage process is. If you are thinking about a home loan...I highly recommend Academy and Mrs. Esnard to secure your loan in the most convenient way possible. Honest!!!
