mommy2cutestbabyever1the app needs to be updated to the current year we are in. outdated software, can't take photos to cash checks, they take forever to send you a replacement card and you can't pick how it looks- the color and design I find unappealing. I had the teller at the wauna branch accuse me of stealing and forging checks which I find ubsurd because the total amount was about $600 and a total of 3 checks- all dated 2 weeks apart because it's a real estate agent I clean for every 2 weeks. I waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes when finally the teller comes back and says she won't take the checks and her supervisor even agreed because of the amount of the total and the fact that some of the checks had different pen ink colors. I found it very embarrassing and jaw dropping for them to imply something such as that when they could just check my account balance and see I probably had more money in my account than they make working there in one month. also I didn't know they were investigators that could accuse a customer like they did without any evidence, just absolute ignorance because they would have seen I had been getting checks in that amount from the real estate agent every 2 weeks for the past 4 years or so. I was given my checks back and told I had to go to her bank which was a 15 minute drive. the real estate agents phone number is even on the check- why wouldn't they call to verify before making assumptions? I'd love to close my account because I am still shocked about this situation and it's been awhile since it happened yet I never received an apology or anything. some people do share bank accounts and do share checks and different pen ink is not an indicator of a forged check. I'd at least be smart enough to use the same ink color or similar pen type if I had the criminal mindset that this bank accused me of having. avoid this place and find a bank that treats their customers with respect.

Rainbow Heinzman1I waited for a teller after the machine said it couldn't read my card, got disconnected twice, then I retried my card and it worked. Meanwhile 6 other car got helped in the lane next to mine, felt terrible for the lady behind me.fix your machines or get decent employees!!!!

K D1Very unsatisfied with the way they ha doe there situation. Rachel in the Warrenton branch will yell at you just to get a point across. Very disrespectful. The way this place has treated me after I moved is unreal. I don’t recommend anyone banking with them. They will double report all your loans making it seem like your paying more that. You really are. This place has gone downhill in the last 5 years.

Jeffrey Hawkins5I went to get cash for my partner, drove up to ATM and fought with the thing as I always do at new machines, you know I've never had an issue with this place, my partner on the other hand, is very impatient and his actions almost left us stranded in claskanie, Oregon. But I saved the day, as usual, i personally want to thank those women I called about fraud hotline, were awesome, they were able to reinstate his card and we were able to withdraw the money we needed to continue on our trip. Keep up the good work, Wauna Federal Credit Union!

Response from the ownerWe're sorry you haven't been having a great experience with the credit union. Our branch lobbies are open without appointment again. Our wait times are longer than we want right now. We're actively trying to hire more people to work the phones, but with the nationwide hiring shortage it has been tough. We really appreciate the patience and understanding of our members. For most checks we'll release $225 the next business day, with the remainder available the business day after that. Occasionally we'll have to put longer holds on checks, but we'll only do that if there have been issues with payment in the past, if it's a large amount, or if it's a deposit on a new membership. If you have been experiences with long holds please do contact your local member services manager.
