  We are very grateful for all the hard work Danielle and her team did for our Family. Owning a home is certainly a dream many of us have, but just don't know how to achieve. With Danielle and our Realtor Cecilia Vasquez, this became true for us! Honestly, at times we felt a little weary as I am sure most people do. But had to put our Trust in Danielle and knew that she was working behind the scene, just like she said she would be. We literally started the process months before our Wedding and had to put the house on hold due to all the Wedding planning, but Danielle never lost touch with us. And as soon as the Big Wedding Day was over, we went full speed ahead. Danielle and her team were able to help us with financial advice and even secured us with financial assistance which was a blessing in disguise. And NOW we are Home Owners!   Danielle and her team are amazing! They truly care about the service they provide and keep you aware of each step. She worked so well with my real estate agent and the transaction was seamless (at least on my end). You wont be disappointed with her on your side! Fair, upfront, kind and committed would be the words I would use for Danielle!

  Danielle was very helpful throughout the home buying process, even outside of business hours! I was very surprised to have her answer my questions on the weekend. She was very kind and willing to explain anything I was unsure of. Would definitely use them again!

  If you are looking for a Mortgage Lender that will truly have YOUR best interest at heart, you need to contact Danielle Hajda. My husband and I were looking to take equity out of our home to do some much needed repairs. Danielle ran rates for us and within a matter of a day or so, the market went crazy putting us in a situation where that low rate was no longer available. We could have still done the cash-out but Danielle knew that we really wanted to remain at a certain mortgage payment a month so she reached out to a fellow Broker friend who was able to give us that initial rate Danielle had quoted. Danielle could have closed our loan and never looked back. Her drive to help us meet our goals all the way around, even though that meant we would not be closing with her, really was striking for us. She is a TRUE professional who really does have her client’s needs and wishes on the forefront. Most people are too selfish to have done what Danielle did for us. We will forever send referrals to Danielle simply because of her honesty and professionalism.
