  Excellent service and they provided assistance with all of our needs when purchasing a new home. Highly recommend them. The MyMortgage App was also very useful and assisted with keeping paperwork tracked and managed. P.S. ask for Maria Fernette, she is the most helpful mortgage lender I have ever had in the home buying process.

  We went in knowing exactly what we wanted. Maria took the time to explain everything to us and helped us get approved quickly. We came here after having a bad experience with another lender. I am so glad we came to her. She made the entire process simple and easy to understand. She was personable, and was always available for questions. I recommend her above all. If we are ever in need of these services again I know just where we will be going.

  I was in the middle of my getting my first morgage loan when i first talked to maria farnett from academy morgage. It was the start of the corona virus pandemic. The first morgage company i talked to was a pain and wasnt easy to work with. Maria got me a better rate and lower down payment then i ever expected and got it done during covid lock down and in 3 weeks. She is amazing and do recomend everyone to her. 1000% rating id give 10 stars if i could!!!

  This is our second time working with Maria and Academy Mortgage to purchase a home. You will never meet someone who is more organised or on the ball than Maria. I would never consider going through the process of purchasing a home without Maria on my side walking me through it.
