  To whom it may concern ( Do not work with Home Academy services they are big scam) They commit fraud to innocent people. We are in the process of losing our home due to a foreclosure. And we are also as well fighting to keep our home. After we have payed over $ 10,000 for modification services that Academy Home has not complied with . But yet when it comes to paying for services we do get a call from John asking for monthly payment. We do not get calls or emails or texts from anyone about our modification status . So we decided to stop payment until further notice .

  ABSOLUTELY A SCAM!!! DO NOT ENTERTAIN THE NOTION THAT THIS COMPANY CAN HELP!!! MY PARENTS WERE SENDING THEM MONEY VIA MONEY ORDER FOR A LOAN MODIFICATION AND THEY WERE TOLD THEY WERE PROTECTED BY THE DUAL TRACKING LAW. WE ARE NOW WORKING VERY HARD TO SAVE THE HOUSE FROM FORECLOSURE! WHEN PAPERWORK WAS RECEIVED FOR FORECLOSURE, MY PARENTS CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED!

  Hi just wanted to share my experience working with Academy Home Services. They helped to Modify my loan and got me a great deal in which my Balloon Payment got forgiven and my payments came down to more affordable one with a fixed interest rate. I would recommend Academy Home Services to all the Home Owners who have been trying to get better rates and convenient mortgage payments without any hassle.

  This company has saved me after a very difficult time. I was not sure how I would keep my home after my forbearance ended. This company helped me get a modification, lower my monthly payments, and get me back on track. I am very grateful and highly recommend them!

  Thank you for your services. I am very grateful for what you did to me. I would’ve never been able to crawl out of the hole I was in if it wasn’t for this company. They helped me get my payment down 900 a month when I was paying over 1500. Covid really affected our family, my husband got covid and lost his job. My children moved out and I had so many credit cards to pay I couldn’t afford my house payment. We’re finally back on our feet now. I am going to be referring all my family and friends to them. Y’all get 5 stars from me and my family.

  I engaged their services and within two months, got a proposal from our lender that we accepted. They were personable and always quick to respond. I highly recommend them.

  This place didn't help me at all my house has been foreclosed on and Academy won't answer there phone calls or return calls or emails they have my money and now I'm homeless

  Academy Home Service, helped me with the foreclosure and I was able to modified my loan. Definitely recommend them, professional staff!
