      Last time dealing with academy. Nothing but a bait and switch bank on their promotions. Customer service rarely answers. And agents never call back

      My family uses academy bank. I do not, I have a different one. I had to cash a check but my bank was closed so I called academy bank customer service. They said I could cash it for a fee. I drove 30mins to the closest academy bank and tried to get my check cashed. They said they can't do that. I got mad. So I signed the check over to my brother who has an account there and they wouldn't even allow that. Customer service for academy bank needs to know how each bank is rolling. They are just lying idiots who just let me drive 30 mins to get rejected to cash one check.
