  Just left the bank and once again had great customer service. Ive had accounts there for a year and a half. Every person I have worked with through the home mortgage process to the front line tellers have been outstanding! Rare to find this kind of great customer service anymore!

  Yolanda is so awesome! She always has a smile on her face and she is fast and efficient with handling business! I love this location. Feletia and Jackson are amazing as well! I love going in just to talk with them!

  Is zero stars an option? Pretty much as soon as we created an account here, we regretted it. Our great mortgage officer left and ever since it's been the opposite of customer service. Every time I try going there it's a pain. The online service is clunky and good luck getting technical support. Even the employee we asked for help said it's a joke.

  Feletia at the College Blvd. branch rocks! After last years tax return I switched banks so the IRS had incorrect banking info for my stimulus check. I saw online that it was to post today in my old, closed account. I called and Feletia went to work! Instead of the check being returned she was able to reopen my account and held the deposit. Thanks again Feletia!! What great customer service!!

  I received excellent service and my issue was resolved quickly, despite the chaos going on lately. Felita (sorry if spelled wrong, hard to hear on my phone) was an awesome help and was very friendly.

  Worst location of them all!!! I've never had a great nor "good" experience there. As a former manager of Academy, my expectations were higher. This is the second time they have let me down and I will never go back. Rude and unprofessional. I would rate a Zero if it was an option.
