  The bank at Walmart on 8th street was closed at 545. I got to the location at 559 or 600 depending on the clock and Tammy, TW, took care of me right away and I got my check deposited so I could buy dinner tonight. this level of customer service saved life tonight. Thank you Tammy. Thank you so much

  I love Academy Bank but I LOVE this location! TW and Lisa go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. Although they are short staffed due to COVID, they went above and beyond to help me with some statements I needed. I SO appreciate how kind they both are and the supportive and compassionate customer service they gave me. When I came in, you could tell that they were both very tired, yet Lisa and TW met me with beautiful smiles! We have been with Academy for almost 10 years but this branch and their staff is by far the best. Thank you, we so appreciate you guys!

  Normally I feel the staff here is great! But today and on one other occasion I have had to deal with their newer cashier. Very unfriendly, not helpful, not informative. Did not smile or even say have a nice day! She does not fit in with the rest of the staff!Needs an attitude change!

  Have had multple problems with simple tasks as putting my check to my account where they just typed it in wrong. Being lied to saying they changed my address when they didn't leading to my card getting locked cause I was putting my new address instead of my old billing address. They simply suck I'm changing to ENT immediately. They cannot handle simple tasks.

  I love Academy Bank! They have such wonderful customer service they always remember who you are! I heard some negative things about Academy Bank before I joined I'm glad I didnt listen to the negative criticism! Academy Bank is a great Bank they always go out of their way to help!🌟

  Never had a problem cashing a check at any location. T.W. at this location was so rude and hateful. She made me feel so bad for being $1.60 negitive. She wouldnt cash my check and said if she did she would have to hold it for 9 business days regaurdless if i have had that checked cashed there before. All the other branches have cashed my checks before with no problem and i took my account out of the negative. She made me feel like i was so stupid, as if i didnt understand anything. Her attitude towards myself and other customers i saw is very uncalled for. I am calling and reporting her.

  Additional money got taken from account without them telling you. They diddnt care enough to fix it either, or hardly even adress it basicly all i got after 20min of holding was "i dont know". Also their online banking is a buggy mess with errors. Avoid this bank like the plauge.
