  I've had the pleasure of partnering with Heidi working on getting my clients into a home. I never felt alone in the process and her level of communication with both me, my clients and the list agent were far beyond expectations. It's always great to surround yourself with an amazing team.

  Heidi was incredible! She and her on-the-ball assistant Laura were there with my husband and I every step of the way in our home buying experience. She grabbed our attention right away when she called us in to her office for what ended up being a four hour meeting. We are first time home buyers and knew almost nothing about the mortgage process. Heidi took time to walk us through the whole process and explain how she could help - and this was before we decided to use her as our broker! She was very responsive and attentive to all the little details that go into securing a loan to buy a home. Beyond that, she genuinely seems to work to get everyone the best deal and help them use wisdom in their home buying decisions. We came in knowing what we wanted to spend and what our price point was. Even though we qualified for a higher price point/loan, she never once tried to convince us to get a higher loan. We felt from the beginning that she was working for us and are very grateful we had her help in the process.

  Heidi did a great job of making it possible for us to purchase our dream home. She same with creative financing ideas that gave us the lowest cost and best terms. Without her I am not sure it would have been possible. I could not recommend her more.

  Heidi and Tony are nice and polite however they seem to lack experience and will seek lender advice more often than normal. They also offered a rate/cost but did not properly execute after it was agreed to. I had hoped they could have tried harder to push through the loan instead of simply giving up and wasting 2 months. Update to Owner response: Insinuating this was an ethical issue is dishonest so lowering rating to 1 star. The issue is competence. The same application was sent to another mortgage company which had no issues closing on the loan with better terms and within 1 month. They did not constantly have to ask me how to respond to a lender.

  Mr. Lee, was denied a loan by the lender we brokered to because the information he had provided on another application with another company ran contrary to the application he provided to us. Regardless of intentionality we were unable to do anything further. We are a company that runs an ethical and rule abiding business. Continuing the effort ran counter to our values.

  Thanks for the feedback! You gave Abundant Mortgage Lending a 10 "Tony made the process of getting a loan easy for me, a Pleasure to work with! I had a limited amount of tech skills if you could even call them skills?? Trying to send information required was a challenge for me to say the least. When I had an issue trying to sent documentation , which was most of the time Tony guided me step by step in the process that I needed to do in order to send the required information. Tony's help and patience was immeasurable to me, I know I was quite needy! Thank You!"
