  I have had many interactions with Abba and have always found them to be helpful, professional and on top of the situation. Dealing with banks is not an easy proposition. They can be difficult to work with and you need skilled people to be able to navigate through the red tape that many times is involved with these types of transactions. The mitigators are on top of the files and keep the sellers posted on the progress. They also explain the process to the sellers so they are well aware of what is going to take place and the possible length of time it’s going to take to get it accomplished. Would recommend highly!

  Settled today. It took 18 months; thru a global pandemic and one demoralizing roadblock after another with the bank. Bill and Ivetta were Rock Stars from the very start thru the very rewarding settlement date. They refused to let me get discouraged through a very difficult process. ABBA’s dedicated and hard-working team of professionals are experts in the short sale process that eventually gave me a peace of mind that one cannot buy.   I had sellers that owed way more money on their home than it was worth. Abba Loss Mitigation were experts at their craft and did an amazing job negotiating with my seller's mortgage holders, and, kept them from being foreclosed on. This saved my sellers the embarrassment of foreclosure, sheriffs sale, and from ruining their credit. Best of all, it did not cost my sellers a dime. I would highly recommend using Abba, and look forward to working with them again.

  if there was a way to give this company a minus 5 stars (or 15) I would. They are con artists and they take lazy to new levels. Of course for their geographic and demographic breakdown --they are the standard. The owner will promise anything and do nothing. They run a scam based on "christian" living. They are scam and con artists. They have fake realtors who take keys and lose them and in over 2 months couldn't find the motivation to return a phone call or message. Don't ever trust these people with fleas-- let alone a home. Worst of the worst and it is a total scam using God as their leverage.
