  Put 300 down on a gun while waiting for background check to go through. Didn’t hear back from him for 5 months then finally tells us that background was denied and it’s 35 percent of total cost of gun to restock so he would be keeping the 300. Dudes a piece of shot and never made us aware of that outrageous fee. We told him from beginning that there was a chance my husband wouldn’t pass because he had a withhold adjudication, yet he encouraged us to move forward anyway. He’s a thief and we will be taking him to small claims as well as contacting better business bureau

  Decent selection of products at a fair price. I have been a customer for about a decade now and have never had a negative experience with the shop or owner. Luigi is a good guy and does what he can to help out his customers when they are in a pinch. If I need to pawn something I always go to A to Z and see what they can do for me. Granted that I have also found some great deals over the years on the items that he has for sale in the shop.

  I went here once and never went again. I went looking for a holster and keep in mind I told him I was a newbie just purchased my first firearm and needed a holster. He took advantage of me a sold me a holster for $85 that cost $30 when I found it elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I hate people that take advantage of others and all I wanted was a little guidance. Now it’s been some time but I’m sure if they did it once it will happen again. I found a lot of other gun stores who respect their customers, and I don’t mind going back and spending my hard earned money with them...

  He has no respect for black people at all he talked to me as if I was a dog , Very disrespectful I will never purchase from him again and overpriced fire arms. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this place he don't do refunds either so why is it called (PawnShop).

  Well once again I got to remind myself that it's a pawn shop first and foremost gentleman happens to have in stock some really nice Factory weapons. He Greets You With a smile somewhat sincere but all business like so don't jerk him around Yes certified FFL dealer and class 3 as well. That's federally licensed machine gun material for those who have been living on the moon. .. shop is nothing out of the ordinary . the famous saying he likes is is hey buddy I said I'm not going any higher but I always go lower" ........ And call before you show up because you might or might not keep his posted schedule

  The guys at AtoZ were very helpful. I've only been to a couple of pawn shops in my lifetime, but I can tell you its usually not a rewarding experience. Lol - Most pawn shop workers act like they're doing "you" a favor by taking your money. I really hate that, but it is what it is. A to Z was not like that and I felt like a "customer" instead of someone that was taking them away from something they'd rather be doing. And they gave me a great deal! Hell, I may even go back. Thanks guys!

  On the phone I was told they would be interested in buying my Snap On tools and cabinet. I specifically told them what I had before packing my rented van and leaving my storage unit. I came in and basically was told that it would be too much time and effort to complete paperwork to itemize each tool. They just bought my cabinet and a few larger wrenches. I rented a van to haul the tools over to this place. Waste of time and money.

  My family and friends have been doing business with Mickey for over 20 years. He stands by his word and basically "hooks it up" every time. Whether its a lawn mower, fishing rod, gun or watch I've never been disappointed and feel great that I saved A LOT of money.

  Complete rip off pawn shop! They know nothing about guns and basically stole a gun from my girlfriend that she was getting money for while I was at work. Typical business that sees a female and trys to take advantage. Do not go here if you are doing anything firearm related they do not know what they are talking about!

  Been there a few times this year and last year. Definitely helped me in a pinch. Also carries a good stock in hand guns.
