Luke Kappes1DONT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE! Unless you want your engine to fail after a little over a year. And you know, that’s not their responsibility at this point as they say.. maybe don’t sell cars that catastrophically fail so soon! I thought this was a reputable dealership.. Apparently not. I would never recommend Sheehan Cadillac to anyone and would never buy a car here ever again. This is absolutely unacceptable to buy a car and have engine failure after only 27,000 miles.

I wanted to address this review and explain how this could be misunderstood by other customers. On March 19, 2018, your father purchased a 2006 Land Rover LR3 from our Preowned Department. The 2006 Land Rover had 149,449 miles and was only offered for sale because it was in extraordinary condition for the year. It went through our service department with a clean bill of health and was cleared for sale. A year and a half went by and your Land Rover with now over 175,000 miles is having engine problems. Anyone could understand that no dealership would offer a lifetime engine warranty on a 2006 Land Rover with 150,000 miles. I hope you can get the vehicle fixed or find other means of transportation and I am sorry to hear this happened to you. Anna Jo1This is absolutely the WORST Cadillac dealership in South Florida! RUN! You’re better off going to Cadillac in Delray Beach. On January 8, 2019 I came to this dealership because my screen went out, which was replaced for the 3rd time! They fixed and initially charged me 153.65 just to reboot the computer within my vehicle! At that time nothing was indicated to me that my car required rear shocks, SERP belt, 4 tires, alignment and the list goes on. I filled out the survey and they gave me a 100 dollar credit. It was nice of them to do that. On January 29, 2019, my car would not start! They held my car for two days! I requested for a loaner, yet they said they were out . It was such an inconvenience to Uber around to get to around. Today, I came in and they charge me 299 for a battery when they said it would cost 150 dollars. They said my car had a special battery. The total bill came up to 299 for only a battery change and diagnostic check which they said they would wave, if I got my car serviced there. I gave them the coupon that was credited to me on January 8, 2019. They said the bill would be 250 with the 100 dollar credit (you do the math). I inquired why so much and saw that I was still charged the diagnostic fee . They waived it . I ended up paying 188.80. The service advisor seem frustrated and stated “ how am I suppose to pay my tech”... “it’s not your problem it’s mines”. How rude is that! Upon leaving I wasn’t told about my car needing all this work. After leaving, I called Cadillac inquiring about the future service that was recommended. Keith picked up and said he would have the service advisor call me back. The service advisor called and said he would email me the quote. He NEVER did! I will never ever go back! This place use to be my fave place. I’ve never received bad service, but this place is truly falling into the pits! However, no one was rude to me. Please if you know what’s good for you, go to Delray Beach Cadillac! I wish I could give this place zero stars!

Ashley5The customer sevice at Coral Cadillac Collision Center was Phenomenal. The staff at the body shop was friendly and had a helpful attitude. The body shop managaer, I believe his name is Chuck was efficient, sincere and even went above and beyond. My car was fix at the promise date, I didn't have to call and harrass anyone. I would definitely recommend Coral Cadillac Collision Center for any body shop work. Thanks Again.

Rich Weaver5Sheehan Collision Center repaired my 2017 XT5 after a rear end collision. The manager and his entire staff were beyond professional and the repairs were perfect. At pickup, my vehicle was detailed and smelled like new. I highly recommend Sheehan Collision as well as sales.

Roni Jax1I bought a used 2015 grand Caravan from them and made the mistake in figuring since they are only well-known larger establishment that the cars would have been inspected and everything was well. Well since I bought the car I have put in about $300 for an alignment oil change filters and other basics that you think would be taken care of. One of the seatbelts was missing before I gave them the money which they fixed but now it rattles. They are so petty and that I know the floor mats were in my car when I test drove and went through but when I purchased the vehicle the floor mats were missing. I had to make several phone calls and go down there in order to get my mats. Warning lights are showing up on the dashboard and now that I called to get help with these things no one seems to be available to respond to you from Lou the agent to Adam the sales manager to John the operations manager. Clearly they don't believe in service and making the customer happy therefore I do not recommend buying a car from them since they have been sold to Sheehan it appears impeccable service that they want held is no longer a concern!!! Of course before they got my money, responses was not an issue. Oh and I forgot to throw in I had to wait 4 yes FOUR no exaggeration for the paperwork to get the vehicle while I was sitting there already with the draft from my credit union. Madness!

ARMANDO PERALES1Worst customer service. If I could give a negative start I would. It seems like they only care about selling you the car and neglect their clients after the deal has been done. Ive had a number of issues after I leased my new Cadillac XT5 and no one ever has called me back. During my first issue, I left voicemails for 4 days in a row, tried contacting other people in the department and no one ever called me back. I had to show up and make a scene in order to get some sort of assistance. During my second issue, they tried doing the same exact thing “just leave a message and someone will call you back” and of course nobody does. There are many Cadillac dealerships in town so don’t settle for bad service when you can go anywhere else.
