  Vicki Ott & the girls in the office worked so hard for us to get us closed on our home. After our first lender let our loan sit dead & delayed closing for close to 6 months, Vicki was able to get us pointed to an amazing lender & processor & she had everything complete in 4 weeks!! She was very flexible with our schedule for signing & made sure that we were able to sign on our very first home!! You won't be disappointed with A-Plus!!

  Stacey and the staff at A Plus Settlement were instrumental in coordinating a closing spanning 3 states! Everything was handled virtually and with the addition of mobile notaries.   We just had settlement with A Plus in Greencastle and they were the most wonderful people to work with. Very professional but still made you very comfortable. They did not keep you for hours doing paperwork. They had everything ready to sign when we got there. If I ever need to settle again it will be with these people. The best I have ever done business with. Would highly recommend to anyone.

  Used this place to close on a house gave them 2500 dollars good faith money. Mortgage people terminated my contract so a plus decided to half of my money eventhough it was all 100 percent refundable

  We are very sorry that your transaction fell apart. However, our company was only holding the EMD pursuant to the terms of your contract. The EMD was split between the Buyer and Seller per the terms of the Notice of Termination of Agreement of Sale that was executed by your wife. It was absolutely not our decision as to how the EMD was to be split and we DID NOT retain any of your funds in our office. The remaining 1/2 was released to the Seller. If you have concerns as to how the return of the EMD was handled, you should discuss that with your realtor. We wish you the very best.
