  It was a superb experience and Michael was communicative, helpful, and always available by email or phone. The dude even let me know when he took a day off and gave me a POC for that day in case I needed something! Most of the process was just waiting around for the VA thanks to him. It took less than 30 days and he had everything lined up and ready. Again, I can't recommend these folks highly enough. I wish I'd known about them during our initial purchase and not just the refinance.

  I rate hands down home promise Corporation 5 stars to include their mortgage team members for your next home loan purchase. My mortgage officer Starla Swartzwelder was extremely knowledgeable when it comes to VA loans and others as well. She is extremely professional, polite, knowledgeable, and a go getter. She will work with you the entire step of the loan process and communicate any and all needs or questions through the entire process. Her team works extremely hard to exhaust every means necessary to get you into your dream home. Just when we thought the VA was going to turn us down, Starla and her team got the job done and closed in a timely manner. During our process of searching for the right mortgage company, we found Starla and her team at home promise and decided to give her company a chance and they totally exceeded our expectations. We will be using home promise for any and all future homes purchases in the future. Thanks Starla and your team at Home Promise for our new home.

  Homepromise was absolutely incredible! I personally worked with Mike and he was great about explaining the whole process and made himself available whever the need arose. I had a ton of questions even at weird typical business offhours. Mike even gave advise that worked in my favor vs looking the other way. That kind of integrity is admirable and greatly appreciated. Mike and Homepromise was there from the beginning to the end. It was the kind of service that made me feel like they wanted my business and legitimately wanted me to succeed.   What a great experience throughout the process, and our agent, Mike Wingert exceeded our expectations. After working a few months with a previous lender, we were denied due to our past circumstances. Determined though, I searched for other lenders, and that is where HomePromise and Mike Wingert came in. Having already been denied, I was skeptical at first, but after talking to Mike and explaining our situation, which included a prior bankruptcy, he said he felt confident he could get us approved through the VA. Thank you Mike for delivering on that. We were approved for a refinance at a lower rate, and even rolled our outstanding debt into the new loan. We saved over a thousand dollars per month, and shortened our loan to 15 years. WOW - I highly recommend giving HomePromise a chance to help you in your goals and dreams.

  I used Starla Swartzwelder from HomePromise to help me with refinancing my family's home. At my time of meeting her, I had been to a few different lending companies and they all seemed to waste my time and not give me the help I needed. Starla was very attentive to my situation and provided me with updates regularly. I have primarily 1099 income so traditional lending is difficult and Starla was able to help me secure a refinance relatively quickly.   I was in a bad situation facing the possibility of becoming homeless due to my lease contract would be ending and not given the option to renew my lease and due to current world events would be impossible to find another place to rent especially also with 3 dogs as well as not in the greatest situation for obtaining a mortgage especially being instantly turned down by other big name lenders who advertise that they work with veterans As it turns out that is false as they only pick and choose and don’t give a chance to veterans in my life circumstances . Caleb B at HOMEPROMISE worked extensively with me every day and every step to get me approved Caleb at HOMEPROMISE worked with the intensity of a warrior for me and explained every step in detail of what I needed to do every day and sometimes multiple times a day in order to get it done and approved. Starla is the right person to have on your team when going through this process, she found me the best rate, the best terms and helped me get through the process. Normally, given that I have a country property, getting a loan is tedious and frustrating, but Starla made it easy, she was a pleasure to work with, very communicative and a great problem solver.
