  I had a really good experience when I visited this dealership. The salesperson was Anastasia and she was extremely nice, patient, and honest with us. I will buy from this dealership simply because of her customer service. Although I did not make a purchase today, I will be back if new inventory comes in!

  Went to look at a 2012 car and got there to see it was covered in sulfur, the interior was nasty, they said to come back the next day to wash and detail it but being from 4 hours away we couldn't do that. We then waited inside for the dealership to go get a battery for the car because that was messed up and then print out new plated because the ones on it were expired. We had set that up 2 weeks prior and they knew we were going that day to buy the car and had done nothing. The car was missing a headrest which was supposed to be shipped to us but never was. The plates and registration should have been shipped to us after 1 month. 2 months later the dealership emailed us paper plates to print out for the car which said the car was still owned by A motors. We had called after a month, month and a half, and 2 months for the plates. They said they were coming soon but not until 2 and half months after purchasing the car did they actually order the plates and then overnighted them. My bank also contacted me 2 months after the purchase because they never recieved the title. The car was bought April 6 and it was terrible hassle until we finally got everything we needed on June 28th, would never go back to this dealership they lied multiple times over the phone saying I would have the plates soon starting in may but they never even ordered them until half way through June. I'm lucky I never got pulled over for expired plates or dealership plates they sent me like they owned the car.

  I came here highly recommended by a friend, unfortunately the guy who helped her wasn't there today so I went there to look at a tahoe really nice vehicle just dirty on the inside, they said they would clean it once it was purchased so then some guy named Rafael came out really nice at first we test drove the suv it drove nice well I was super happy because it seemed like a nice vehicle well then we go inside he gets our information and needs 3 months of bank statements which I needed to call the bank to do this so it did take 10-15 min well he talked to my mom about a down payment my mom said to find out first about the payments and if we were approved first before we start talking about numbers so he left and didn't come back, I told 4 different people in the dealership if they can call him that we were ready and I got the statements but since he never came back I took screen shots of them and was waiting for him to tell if if that was fine, I went outside my self to find him he was attending other people so that told me he didn't care about us as customers I mean there 5 sales people and just my mom and myself there I don't know to me that told me he didn't want to sell to us because of the $0 down payment well I told mom lets go we've been here since 1pm it's 5:20pm what does that tell you ??? Well we left and he calls my mom and says he needs the bank statements I tell him yeah that's why I was looking for you and you were no where to be found !!!! All I said is he has poor customer service skills and I wasn't going back he said "GOOD DONT COME BACK PLEASE DONT COME BACK!!!! I mean it's sad because that place has great vehicles and pricing sad to say the service sucks 😕 well I called to speak to the manager and the manager was very surprised about all this and he said sorry was very understanding he said he would help me so let's see what happens, this was my experience here at A Motors

  Great dealership with a nice inventory. Highly recommend asking for my Hardan, man of his word and he really went above and helped me get into the vehicle I wanted.

  Very rewarding experience, I got a great deal on the car I always wanted! The customer service is amazing, and the sales person is professional, and knowledgeable! The dealership is clean, and they have a variety of cars to select from.

  Do not go here!!! I was talking to victor about a truck that had been listed for over a week. Scheduled an apt to buy the truck and he knew I was traveling three hours one way. He waited until I was five minutes away to tell me someone bought the truck thirty minutes prior!! Didn’t bother to call me and let me know there was someone even looking at it hours earlier before I left and he knew I was scheduled to be there. They led me on trying to sell me something else that I wasn’t even wanting and double the price. I am furious and there is no consideration for anyone here.

  I had called before I went and told them I was on my way. The 1st one I tried out wouldn't start....even with a jumpstart. The 2nd car I couldn't open the hood...it was stuck and the 3rd car....seats didn't work....All at the same dealership! On top of that.....they had no carfax, on any of their cars, After strike 3 I was gone!

  These guys did a great job getting us into a beautiful new Infiniti! Call Derek, Raf, and Abraham and they make it really easy!
