      Been a member since 1996. I used to appreciate their services. Now I have constant issues logging in, making online payments and general access to my own money. If I want to purchase anything over $1000, like plane tickets or a computer or a holiday shopping trip, I have to call them and spend a minimum of 20 minutes waiting or answering questions. Then the authorization to spend more that is only for 24 hours. Forget about talking to a person in a branch, if you get a check over $3k don't try to mobile deposits, it won't work. This is an institution to use if you don't really need to spend your money. Also The new name Credit Human seems like they consulted an AI name generator. It's laughable. Please go back to being a useful service

      Just went thru the drive thru lanes at 4:10 pm to make a deposit. Two lanes were open with 4 cars ahead in each lane. Took me 40 minutes to reach the teller and another 10 minutes for the teller to do a simple cash deposit transaction. People behind me started honking and others left frustrated. What is going on with the tellers! Don’t you all consider customers having to sit in their vehicles in 98 degree heat and not to mention the wasting of $+4.00 gas!!!! …….Frustrated Customer

      Not safe. Not careful w identity and personal info Total trash. Garbage may be a compliment for this bank. You gave identity thiefs $9000 in our name without any verification via credit scores. Wow just wow. When we called to see what was going on, as we don’t even have a bank account with you or even live in the same city, your garbage employee super rude and unprofessional was absolutely useless. Thanks for nothing. I pray no one banks with you. I pray you get shut down for being so liberal with peoples private info and money.

      Credit Human needs to get their act together. After being on hold for a 8 minutes then recalling because the call gets dropped I decided to go to this Branch. Apparently this location is closed to the public and the drive thru as well. NO SIGNAGE if they moved or closed but only people driving around the building because no one can't figure out if REAL HUMANS can walk in. Not even a security guard. It was 4 pm. How about spending some money on some poster board and markers to make a sign for the entrance instead of that darn cheesy super dumb new advertising, "GOT SLACK?" Really, this new pitch makes me feel like I'm banking with a lower than subprime credit union. "Got Slack" yells out don't worry about those late charges, over draft fees, etc., because the responsible members will pay it. Instead of buying real estate on Broadway how about a better website, shorter phone answering times, updated notices on the website. No wonder SSFCU and RBFCU have better products all around for their members. The direction of this credit union goals seem so short sighted. What genius decide this? I remember when I financed a property with SACU at great competitive rate with helpful staff.

      I don’t understand how this could be one of your big branch locations and always be having problems with your ATM machine. It would be so helpful to your customers if you could have more than one ATM machine at this location. I live less than 3 minutes away and it is outrageous that I have to go so far to another location just to find an ATM that’s working. Me and my family (members for over 40 years) are seriously thinking of finding a new banking option.

      A lady named Sandra who works in the credit card/loan department was being rude and passive aggressive with her questions after I was waiting 30-45 minutes to speak to a representative. People are waiting long periods of time on the phone to get answers from a customer service representative and be treated with excellent customer service. I understand talking to customers all day may get agitating, especially after being in customer service for a number of years but that doesn't mean you can be ugly to the next customer due to your day going bad. I've been a member since 2011 but you can bet I'm changing banks after this experience. It was ridiculous. I know why there's 2.9 stars now.

      I’ve dealt with lots of financial institutions, and this one ranks dead last. They’re so disorganized. The employees are so rude and nasty. Their big marketing campaign over the last year was TV and radio commercials about stopping by their “financial health” centers for a financial assessment. I stopped by the main branch, they didn’t even offer the assessment there. I then stopped by the branch that they referred me to, and they had no idea what I was even talking about. When they finally got someone to give me the assessment, the employee gave me the worst advice ever. Basically, their assessment might help you if you are totally ghetto and incompetent but if you have even half of a working brain, it’d be like sending a college graduate to go take a kindergarten level course. It was really weird. Talk about a less than half-baked institution. Jesus Christ.

      There overdraft is a scam. Became a member in 2015, when they were SACU. They say there here to help you with your money. A couple months in i got 6 overdraft bills totaling $350. Yet I had way more money that that in my savings. I asked for my debit card to stop working when there wasn’t any funds in checking as a way to control spending. Plus they suggested that i keep my money mostly in my savings. I didn’t want overdraft protection. They put overdraft protection. I disputed the amount. We split the bill and fix the account to not have the problem again. Then they turn into Credit Human and some time pasted. Then my SACU card stop working They told me I needed a new card due to the change in name . So i went in. When there they told me that they needed to do some updates due to the change in company. A couple of months in it happens again in 2020 6 charges again $150. Only I didn’t know due to COVID panic. Never received any phone calls, mail or email. A Creditor calls me letting me know. I called Credit Human and even when buy. To settle the problem i was told they could credit me $25 dollars. It’s not about the money, its about my credit. And how they force you to pay up or damage your credit. There taking advantage of the common man and woman that e sign documents that we were verbally told to us about what’s in the agreements of the contract. If this is happening to you. Get a lawyer. I am. \\Update\\:: After constantly calling and getting the run around. I got in touch with Amanda. I explained the situation. She dropped the overdraft charges. But that still leaves me with bad credit. Credit human could have resolved this in a timely manner an kept a member . They can also correct my credit if they chose to. But I don’t see that happening. And thats why this post is still up. I still feel that there just in it for themselves and not the members and trying to show face. If this is still up its cause they didn’t go above and beyond to take care of its members. But thanks Amanda for taking the time to try and resolve one of the many,many problems this institution is having.
