  Garbage service. Wont call to remind you of payment due, but will call every time to get you to open a new policy and conveniently pay hundreds of dollars in premiums to get your new policy started.

  Friendly staff, cheap rates. I've gone through A Max for my auto insurance for over 5 years. I would recommend A Max for anyone on a budget. Thank A Max for great experience forever 5 years.

  Today I was driving to work entering on I30 and their is a convoy (10-20 cars or more) of A-max auto insurance cars . I turn my blinker on and one of the A-max cars speeds up to prevent me from getting on the highway as well as in their convoy. Keep in mind I have pregnant fiance and 3 yr old son in the car. I slow down to get in behind the car to get on the highway and the A-max car behind them speeds up trying to block me from getting on the highway and breaking in the middle of their convoy. I have to force my way in cause I am running out of road to get on the highway and I blast my horn. I can only assume a insurance company that is this wreckless and this horrible at driving and inconsiderate must treat their customers the same way. You will never have me as a customer and I doubt anyone I know either.

  Remember one thing that a max auto insurance doesn’t put you in system I had insurance for 3 years with them I went to another insurance company asked to send me my three years experience with them they could not provide they could only provide one year it means you are paying for them they don’t put you in the system so never trust these kind of insurance companies
