  Great customer service! Got my quote fast didn't even have to go into the location for my paperwork or insurance card it was all e-mailed to me. This was very convenient because I get off work late. Cynthia was very nice during the whole process and answered all the questions I had.

  My experience at Amax was top notch, very professional and friendly, I especially appreciate Ms. Jasmine and her patience in helping me. Also grateful for Ms. Yadira explaining everything and being helpful....definitely recommend this to be your first choice in choosing an insurance carrier :-)

  They always answer then when I say what I need help with, they put me on hold for a long time and eventually hang up. & they always call me to give me a quote when I already have the insurance .
