  Worst financial institution in the world ! Do not finance through them. We tried to sell our car we owed a little bit of money on & couldn't because they wouldnt provide a letter saying they'll send over the title once it's paid off ?? Why would that be so hard , they were crazy rude about the whole situation too. Worst people ever

  They DONT report to credit Bureau. Got this last min car loan because all loan banks closed @6pm & when making my LAST payment of paying off my car, they blocked my number so I couldn’t call back. I EARNED ZERO CREDIT FROM A 15.5k LOAN I gave 4K down. As a 1st time car buyer at 18! THIS COMPANY WAS TERRIBLE

  My experience with this company was absolutely "HORRIBLE"! I have purchased vehicles for myself and for my business for years and I have never had such a difficult time as I have had over the last month with this company. After providing the documents they required and and explaining why some documents requested were not available, they did NOT honor their word with me and took my first payment and DID NOT pay the dealership as they were supposed to do which left me being called constantly by both A L Financial and the Dealership!! Worst experience ever.

  They are extremely rude, unprofessional and have outdated equipment. Zero phone etiquette skills, I am so annoyed that my ex ran up my credit card and messed up my credit and I had to deal with this company. Please do not do business with them. Shop around if the dealership gives you an 11 percent interest rate take it because AL will give you 20+% STAY AWAY!!!! Never get a loan from this company. They will rob you blind!

  Finance company for our used 2016 Kia Optima. Outrageous interest rates but that's the price you pay for bad credit or no credit. The staff is usually always friendly except on one or two occasions. The equipment they use in the office is completely outdated from the 90's and dinosaurish. You'd think with the amount of money this company is making off interest, they'd invest in better computers & office equipment. If you have no credit or bad credit and need a car, A1 Financial is an option but know that your paying 20%+ APR. We will be refinancing after a year and switch to our credit union.
