  They charge 5% flat, not cap off. Wanted $70 to cash a stimulus check. Heck naw!! Do. Not. Recommend. Walmart is $8.

  I went in because my bank referred me so I didn't have to wait for the hold. The cashier "Danett"or whatever here name was SO rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful! I don't understand how people have jobs like this and be nasty to others..no wonder you can't get ahead! The only reason I came is because my bank referred me, but I will let them know NOT to ever refer there customers here ever again!!

  Staff could use some customer service training. Tellers rushed me and rushed thru my service and fee explanations. My teller seemed annoyed that I wanted to know exactly how much the fee was to cash my check BEFORE I cashed it. Turns out they wanted 40 to cash a 320 check. 🤔 No Bueno. She kept rushing me out even tho there were no other customers in store.🤦🏾‍♀️I ended up forgetting to get the money order I needed. Good thing there was another store in the plaza behind them that crashed checks and sold 65cent money orders 😄 The building is small, unkept, and full of old furniture and moldy carpet that you can smell the minute you walk in. 🤦🏾‍♀️💁🏾‍♀️ I started coughing about 2 mins after walking in...they have a layer of dust an dirt over almost every surface in building. If you have respiratory problems, closterphobia, or dust allergies stay far away from this little death trap building. There is a better option in the shopping plaza behind them. They have cheaper check cashing, money orders and western union. Check cashing place is inside Hair store.👌🏿😁

  Don’t use this place it’s a total ripoff!! People it only takes $20-$25 to open a checking account at any bank. When you’ve worked hard for your money, why would you pay a percentage of your check to get it cashed when you can go to any bank when you have opened an account and get all your money??!!! People wake up and wise up!!!

  Been here several times and today the lady says her boss doesn't cash personal checks then ask to speak to her boss and she says she is the boss. She was rude completely unprofessional and lied to my face then tried to cover it up.

  Super friendly staff. Once I gave then my credentials, it's been a very easy process. Every time I go, I'm in and out within 5-10 minutes, sometimes less.
