      We have gone to this branch for over 6 years and for some reason recently there is a new girl that seems to know nothing about anything. Normally everyone is very helpful, but this girl Sarah lord help us all. She is very passive and not very knowledgeable about much. When you ask her a question she kind of just gives you what you wanna hear not the truth. Please train this lady in how things work, bc I have dealt with her two times now and both times I was able to go to another employee and they resolved the situation.

      Made an appointment to open an account with them and then they decide to not see me the day I scheduled my appointment very unprofessional of them how can I trust them with my money if they can’t even do one thing right

      "Fraud Dept" is a joke! Our business account got hit multiple times and after filing a dispute they have yet to resolve the very obvious fraud. We call over and over for answers and every time you speak to someone different and have to re-explain your situation. Always told someone will call you back...I'm sure we are out the money stolen and have learned our lesson but unfortunately not fast enough since this was not the first time we have been screwed by them. Get a bank that protects its members and their money not the frauds stealing it!

      I recently financed a motorcycle through A+ so all I have is a loan account and a savings account that comes with opening a loan (which I won’t use). What’s irritating is that when you go to online banking to try and make a payment the only options to make a payment are with a debt card or transfer money from the savings account you get. I’m not paying a $3.50 to use a debt card and I’m not putting money in savings account I won’t use. I searched the entire website and there’s nowhere to add an external account to make payments through a checking account. Irritated, I call customer service for the third time in two days. They inform me that adding external accounts is not offered on new accounts and that she'll have to contact mobile banking support to get it added on my account. Why is that not an option? I’ve never had this happen before. Any bill I’ve ever paid always has the option to pay with checking account without having to call and get it “added to your account.” Ridiculous. The only good reason I can think is that the bank is greedy and wants you to put money in that savings account or pay a $3.50 fee for using a debt card. There is no other good reason. It may be premature for me to leave a bad review so soon in my relationship with this bank but it hasn’t been pleasant so far and I haven’t even made one payment on my loan. Hopefully I’ll just be able to make payments and be done with them as soon as possible.

      When I opened my account I was told it was free because I have a child that goes to school in their district. Later on I found out there was a hidden $15 fee. Their customer service department is the horrible. First time I called they told me they couldn’t help me, refused to let me speak with a supervisor, and when I meantion I wasn’t pleased and should close my account, I was told, “maybe you should”. Because she wouldn’t help me with setting up my account with their app I decided to check my balance at a Bank Of America ATM and the fees for that posted over a week later. Now I have their banking app and I’ve noticed 5 different transactions that posted, disappeared, then post a week later on my account. These transactions were POS and online purchases so I don’t understand why all of the confusion. I tried to call their customer department today and answer around 20 security questions to authenticate the account, just for them to give me a long list of excuses. This is my first month with this bank and between the hidden fees, horrible customer service, and difficulty with managing my money, I feel I need to file a complaint.

      I make tamales for the holiday season and usually get checks. I always go to the bank listed on check and they have always let me cash for free. A + Charged me $3 to cash the check at their own bank! Then lady Tried to argue with me saying that not right. But its true. It was only $3 but still.. 1st bank that has ever charged me to cash their own checks.

      This bank location is frustrating. The people are nice and helpful, but the main reason I go is for the atm. The atm however seems to always have issues, whether it be depositing money or just down right not working. At this point they should probably invest in a brand new atm machine.

      Drive thru is down ...website says lobby opens at 8:30 and they are n ou t open. Very inconvenient for people who work 9-6 or 9-8... I'm NL ot loving my bank right now!!, take care of your members when your shut down!!
