  Most of their music gear is defective or broken. The pedal I bought was not different; it broke about an hour after I took it home. They only provide store credit on returns, so I'm stuck with the thing, because really, what other piece of junk would I exchange it for?

  My boyfriend and I live in Ridgefield washinton.A1Hawk is hands down the best place to get a loan when you are in a pinch.There fees on loans are much less any other pawn shop we have done business with.Other pawn shops won't let you pick your property for at least 3 days after you pawn it.A1 don't hold your stuff if you wanted you can pick your stuff up same day if you wanted and only carge you for the interest you used so we have been able to save a lot by paying early.A few times we needed a extra week or so and they have always worked with us so we didn't loose are stuff.A1 is the only pawn shop that has done that for us .They are truly hands down the best people to do business with.

  Ive been going to a1 hawk on division st. For over 8yrs. I do not go anywhere else for any pawning or buying used items. I have never had any problems with anything bought or any problems pawning. They take care of your items and their customers. I rate this store a five and customer service a five. Dont go anywhere else just go to a1 hawk on division.

  My daughter's phone took a mistaken bath a month or so ago. Fried the circuit board. They fixed it for $119.00 Every since her Wi-Fi wouldn't connect. Took it back. Guy tried telling me they just fixed the front screen and there's nothing they can do. I could leave her phone there till he can look at it. Bullcrap he fixed the screen! He fixed the circuit board. So my husband decided to buy a Wi-Fi adapter or whatever Its called off Amazon. Got it, took the phone apart. Low and behold.... 5 screws and a bracket is missing! WTH! Are you kidding me! How do you not put 5 screws and a bracket back! I was gonna go down there. But my husband don't want me to. I will raise ....! So he just bought the parts off some guys shop downtown. $10. I should bill A1-Hawk that $10. Well yesterday hubs put the screws and bracket in. Guess what! Wi-Fi works now! DON'T EVER HAVE YOUR CELL PHONE FIXED AT A-1 HAWK!!! BAD!....

  I love the staff here and they are so very helpful. Sara is so helpful and they have coach purses and Michael Korors and it is just an awesome store
