  So I'm at the Cordova store. I am so crazy about Renee and Amy those are my girls. They are an amazing team and halirous too. I will follow these women where ever they go.words can not describe these ladies customer service whoever trained these ladies thankyou. It's so nice to go somewhere that the ladies are like family and knowledgeable and caring . Thank you girls.

  Okay service, wish I knew about the 90 days fine print. Because that’s not listed on the website. Unless I was on the wrong section. And the fact that the lady who didn’t want to my proof of residence as legible.And thought is was random mail. Was definitely sorry and disrespectful as ever. Because the bill was issued by RealPage Utility management for the trinity lake apartments which is around the corner from them. Either way, I said my peace. I’m not upset about being denied at all. But the customer service through the process overall. And lack of information on the website as a whole.
