Alex Hill4Architectural walking tour, Boston. Another interesting structure - a bridge tower with well developed plazas below. I'd like to occupy an upper garden space. Nice use of materials and good details on this structure. On the way to the Boston Tea Party Experience, yay!

D P5I love the convenience, but if you are not an employee of the building, there are plenty of other ATMS for the public in South Station and bus terminals across the street, 1 in One Financial Center across the Street, 3 ATMs across the Greenway. You can get cash back at any CVS. There is a CVS across the street in South Station. There is an ATM at the South Station Post Office, too 😁

Carly Gail1Imagine my shock and dismay when I go to the FCU to use their ATM, only to be turned away by building security because I am not a member of the FCU. First and foremost, it is illegal to require membership to use an ATM. I provided security with my license, which should have been adequate identification. It is not security's job, nor business, whether I have an account with the FCU. Imagine all the customers you are losing because they are being denied access to the building. I will be reporting this violation to the National Credit Union Association. **** and to add to my complaint, after reading the owners "response": while restricting memberships to only those who are employees of the Federal Reserve/Employees/Families of Employees of the building is understood, such restrictions are NOT legal in terms of ATM access. You are required by law to make your ATMs available to anyone who can otherwise access any other ATM. Your failure/inability to understand the law is not an exception to it.
Response from the ownerHello Carly. I apologize for the inconvenience. Our Credit Union ATM does use shared ATM networks such as Moneypass as a convenience for our members and building employees. However, our only branch and ATM are located inside the Federal Reserve building which is a restricted-access building. Our membership is open to only employees of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, the building employees, and their family members. We do not have any ATMs outside the confines of the Federal Reserve building.
