  I can't recommend The Raymond Green Company enough for any private funding needs a builder has for a project of any size. They are incredibly responsive, efficient and fair - and they understand the construction/rehab business inside and out and make the funding process incredibly easy to navigate. Having direct contact with Ray and Justin really helps the process move smooth. They get it, and they want to help you accomplish your goals recognizing it's only good if you both succeed. If you are doing a flip, spec or any development project and need a funding partner you can trust...call them!

  We have been working with Raymond C. Green Companies for nearly 10 years, and they have been our go to lender for all of our New Home Construction and Development Projects. Their professionalism, integrity, and responsiveness is second to none in the lending industry. Relationships are important to them, not just transactions, and that’s what sets them apart. Justin and Spiro have a great understanding of our market and the projects that we develop. They have a trust in us that each will be a great success. They are always available to us 24/7 to discuss all of our projects and will personally visit within a few days even though we are 2+ hours from them. Closings are always within a reasonable amount of time, and during the construction process, draws are funded within a few days of a request. If you are looking for a lender, look no further.
