How do you not having a working printer in a bank? I went in for a cashier's check this morning. Told to come back after 11:00 her printer isn't working but the other teller would be there then and hers works. Go back after 11:00 and wait forever just to be told "he came in to fix hers and broke mine too". Could you put up a sign so people are not waiting?? Plus the first teller saw me come in, clearly recognized me and smiled. She could tell me this instead of letting me wait in line for nothing?
