  I went in not expecting to get anything due to my credit but I was able to drive off the lot with one of my favorite cars, a Kia Optima!!! I worked with Anthony and he did everything he could to help me get a car. There was a little confusion but Anthony and Christian made sure they took care of everything and made sure me and my kids would be happy and satisfied.   I don't know where to start. Jonathan was amazing and very professional, honest, and very helpful. He gave us nothing but the best service that you could offer your customers! I love this place and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who may be looking for a vechicle because of Jonathan. I wish you guys had more than 5 stars because the service is great! He went above and beyond for us and I am truly thankful for his determination to give us the best and nothing less.

  Joe Arcobasso is PHENOMENAL! my situation was sooo bad and I really didn’t want too Tey no where else! BUT they were so consistent and patient ! I loved the positive energy and they DID THAT! Most definitely made my day 2/11 is not my beat day! BUT today joe made me smile!! Go check him out! He’s very Outstanding and informational! Ty guys!!

  When I first moved to St. Charles, I was 19 and had no reliable resources really. I was trying to figure everything out for myself and I came across the 3 for $30 oil change promotion so I visited the Five Star Service Department. I immediately felt comfortable and taken care of with Tim and the rest of the service team. They were always there for me when my less than reliable car gave me issues; and I never felt like I was being overcharged or lied to. Now that I'm older and I was ready to purchase a newer car for myself, it wasn't even a question that I would go to Five Star first because I knew that they were a company that really cared about people.

  I Had An AMAZING Experience Here. All of the Workers Are VERY Friendly & Informative, But the Man that Helped Me, Did The Impossible. A Man Named Jonathan Osborn. He Worked Through Our Obstacles and Within 45 Minutes I Was Walking Out With A Car & Insurance!😁❣❣ I Cant Express Enough How Happy I Am With My Experience Here. 10/10 Would Recommend to A Friend!
