  Very professional and Friendly staff always helpful. I have been a member since the late 90's in Traverse City. When the two credit unions merged there was no change in the positive experience I've had. Keep up the WONDERFUL work to All the 4 Front Staff!!

  Worst bank. Worst customer service. Lisa Townsend was more than happy to call me AT MY NEW JOB and tell me my car could be repoed since I am two months behind on my payment. Despite being in constant contact with them so they know my situation. I am struggling to eat and keep the roof over my family’s head and she has the audacity to tell me I shouldn’t of got a car in a pandemic or that I need to borrow the money. Sorry I didn’t know I would ever be laid off in Nov and on unemployment that pays 100$ a week. Also I had to get another job during my layoff so I NEED a car to get to work. I have never been late for a bill in years so I really just don’t appreciated being treated like that. My regular job starts back up the 1st and I will be changing my loan over to another bank. That was ridiculous. This bank does not care about its customers nor do they understand hardships or try to work with you god forbid you lose your job or other unforeseen circumstances happen!

  Best Bank I have ever banked with to be perfectly honest. Very polite and professional everytime inside the branches or on the phone. I have never had any issues with them the years I have been with them. I don't plan on banking anywhere else ever.

  Absolutely disgusted with this company and will make sure to tell everyone to never use them. We are in the middle of a pandemic where people are losing there jobs and homes and they want to send a letter of threat over $250 for a loan. Letter stating 4 front must be your priority, no im sorry but having a roof over my childrens head and food in there mouths is my priority. For anyone who says well you shouldnt have got a loan if you couldn't pay it please understand we had zero issue paying it before the pandemic hit and we suffered some issues because of it. Also lets add this is a loan under 5000 not some extremely expensive loan.

  My husband and I just opened an account here and was already hacked. We got new cards and before those were ever used, hacked again!!!
