  My fiancé and I have been working with Nicole at Helmsman Mortgage to purchase our first home and the experience has been beyond wonderful. I always felt informed and updated the entire process. Any questions or concerns I had were welcomed at any time. Her knowledge and expertise was so insightful for helping us make important decisions. We are so fortunate to have had such a good experience during the stressful process of buying a home. I highly recommend working with Nicole, I really can't thank her enough.

  Worked with Nicole at Helmsman Home Mortgage on a time sensitive purchase. She was excellent in her preparation of all the necessary documents, anticipating possible bumps in the road and went above and beyond to deliver the loan for a timely closing. Nicole is creative, a great communicator, and helped facilitate resolution to challenges in a timely manner and followed up in everyway necessary. She can light a fire when needed and make it happen. Would absolutely use her and Helmsman again.

  Nicole was wonderful to work with for our refinance. All the people that were involved in our process made sure to let us know how well she covered her bases, how kind she was, and how knowledgeable she was on all things real estate!! She guided us through a very difficult process and made it feel like a breeze on our end even though I know it was a lot of hard work on her end.

  We worked with Nicole and couldn’t have had a better experience. She was on top of every detail and was consistently communicating with us to keep us up to date with the process. Too bad 5 stars is the limit here, because she deserves more!

  Nicole was AWESOME! She had more answers than I had questions. Very informative at every step of our buying process. Worked diligently behind the scenes with our realtor. I could not ask for better. I absolutely recommend.

Countless hours on the phone ended with me having full confidence in the entire process. I spoke with multiple brokers and lenders.   Nicole handled our mortgage process so smoothly and wonderfully! It was our 2nd with her. She is an expert at what she does with absolute professionalism. Nicole was in constant contact with us for each step of the way, either with text, phone calls, email or secure file sharing. We will go to her for all of our mortgage needs and recommend her to anyone needing a new purchase or refi mortgage anywhere in Michigan. Our start to close time was just a few weeks too! Awesome.
