  Don Groff was very responsive to my needs as a client and remained commited to me throughout the process. The pandemic of 2020 didn't help the process, but Don stayed the course and was good to keep me informed even until after the closing process was complete. Don was originally referred to me by my realtor, Linh Nguyen of Berkshire Hathaway Realty and I don't have a single regret.   I am the Loan Originator under Don Groff-the owner of 360 Lending Group since Feb 2020. I got my Loan Originator license in Jan 2020 and my teacher-Eric introduced me to Don. Don said he will train me and it would take his time, so the max commission he could give me for the first three loan deals (my clients in real estate) would be .75% of the purchase price of a house. After 3 months, he did not give me a company email address, an appearance on the company website, or any business card. He did not even tell me what mortgage software he used. Since he was too greedy to take the job of a loan processor (market labor is $600 per loan), he confused, delayed, and abused me and my clients. I fed up with the situation and join another broker. However, I left all 3 current loans at that time for him to complete, thinking he already started, so he should have his part. He was furious, and canceled two of the three current loans, but keep the one he thought it was easiest to finish because the client has W2, instead of 1099 income statement. The house was finally closed on July 14th, 2020. Don received over $5,000 check but he did not pay me, saying it is a "referral" and no need to pay me. I told him I was an active licensed Loan Originator under him and not purely a Real Estate Sale Agent. For the NMLS broker licensing, I have submitted a complaint with the SML Mortgage Loan. For the real estate, I will submit an Code of Ethics complain for his effort to steal my signed exclusive representation contract. For the money that Don Groff has robbed from me, have filed a lawsuit again this company that he is the broker, in the Small claim court of Williamson County, Cedar Park City, where he is living. He does not have a commercial office. Beware, both consumers and loan originators to avoid Don Groff (reality he is "Don Rob").

  I'm sorry you feel that way. I have spoken to my client Clint and Eric and they have both told me they will make a review post refuting your comments. If you would like to do a conference call with any of our regulating agencies to settle your concerns I would be happy to do that immediately. Attacking me and my business is not fair and I would like to settle this as soon as possible. I also ask that when your accusations are proven false that you remove this post.
