  Xavier assisted my husband and I with the process of refinancing our house. He was very professional, friendly, always available, and very knowledgeable about the loan options.   First of all, I would highly recommend using this company for your next purchase or refinance! Xavier was very professional and knowledgable when it came to any questions or concerns we had. He was also extremely helpful throughout the whole process of refinancing our mortgage. He was really patient with all of the issues that came up and made sure that at the end we were getting the best deal possible. All around it was a very enjoyable experience and we will definitely be returning to him in the future!

  For buying my first house, the process couldn't have been easier.   Best company to use. I had a few issues with my credit and had hard time getting approved by 3 others lenders before working with Xavier. I did help me a lot. I almost lost the deal on the house Ii was trying to buy. Xavier helped me understand my credit situation and showed me what needed to be done. He was available through the entire process. If you are looking to someone that will have your back, help you no matter what and get you approved, 303homefinancing is the company you need to contact.   Working with this company was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I will never thank Xavier enough for his help. I was afraid of being denied, especially during this pandemic but my loan officer took the time to explain the process. He is very good at listening and answer all my questions. For having to deal with many loan officers before, this guy is very knowledgeable of the real estate industry. This is my 3rd time buying an house and it's by far the best. Why? Because I was able to get the best interest rate. I was originally going with another lender but decided to check with 303homefinancing first to see if they would be able to do better. Jeez was I right to check. They got me a .5% lower and I saved on some of the closing costs. Guys, I'm not getting paid to write this review, I actually don't put reviews on Google but I was so happy with my experience that I decided to make an exception and share my feelings. Buying an house is very overwhelming and stressful, so working with someone that can listen and can keep you posted on every steps of your loan application is what I will call "being professional and getting things done ". Again thank you guys for all your help. I'm happy 😊

  Xavier made refinancing as smooth as possible. He is definitely the best guy to work with. We sent in a handful of documents to him and he made the entire process go quickly, smoothly, and not a stressful situation. He’s extremely professional and a great communicator.   I'm happy I have decided to work with 303homefinancing. Best experience ever. I just closed on my first house and everything went as planned. We had a little delay but my loan officer got things under control and was able to help me whenever I needed. The experience was definitely better than what I was expected. I have heard so many people complaining about the fact that buying an house can be difficult and stressful. But to be honest it wasn't for me. I think it's mostly based on the fact that I was working with a great team and the communication was effective. I didn't have perfect credit, mine was average but it didn't stop them from helping me get approved. what I will advise anyone is to try not to have your credit pulled by many lenders. You will need to do your research first, then pick the best option and stay with that lender. Because it will hurt you each time someone pull your credit. One thing I loved about this company is the fact that they can pre-approved you without any hard inquiry. That's pretty cool.

  I was a little sceptical before submitting an application. I was afraid i wasn't going to get approved. Then Xavier texted me after my application was submitted to let me know that I was approved. Man, that was one of the best day of my life. I have been renting for years now and always dreamed to buy my own house. However because of poors credits decisions I made before, I gave up on my dream. I didn't believe it was possible for me to be able to purchase a home. I was at a desperate point when I found this company. What I like about working with Xavier is the fact that you can reach out anytime, days or night. He can answer all your questions and boy he can get things done. I was surprised how good and fast he gets things done. I was able to purchase my house and finally get my dream come true. I'm not getting paid to right this review and I never wrote one for any other companies before. But when someone work hard to help you realize your dream, I thought this is the only way to show my gratitude. Thank you guys for your help. I really really appreciate.
