  Used to love this place. I use the mobile app daily. Sadly it hasn't worked the last couple of weeks Shouldn't take this long to fix. Never a problem before. Please fix asap as a lot of your customers depend on it.

  So I've retired and returned to Antioch to take care of my Momma in Brentwood. My Redwood Credit Union doesn't exist over here so it's time to find something local. After much research I chose 1st Northern. Good reviews here and friendly people. Engaging, actually. Thanks for the laughs! I did read the negative yelp review, but hey...entitlement is everywhere.

  NO SOUP FOR YOU!!! they pretend to be nice and all, when confronted with real problems show their true colors, we got a car loan APPROVED mind you , when checking credit reporting agency for score the INQUIRY is an automatic negative lowering your score, so credit reporting agency stated 1st nor cal can issue a letter of inquiry deletion from record to help us the member who just got approved right???? NO ! they just fell short of telling me F@#k Y@u!!! and refused to do it!does that make any sense?yeah will give you an auto loan but we will screw up your credit score too???refusing to issue the letter. im thru with this two bit credit union

  In as much as we try to accommodate our members' requests, we must comply with credit reporting regulations that prohibit us from changing true and correct information. If an inquiry is requested, which most financial institutions will generate when a loan is requested, we cannot falsify the record by eliminating that information.

  Definitely not a bank, but a wealth building assistant! No ripoff fees, no negative surprises. The best loans and free checking. Forgot to mention awesome friendly staff!

  Have been a member for 40+ years and love my credit union. The people at the branch are awesome, and I couldn't imagine banking anywhere else.
