  Hello I finish work at 8 pm and never have a chance to go to the bank. Open Hours are too short and lacking especially on weekends. They need to increase hours or lose my business to Chase Bank/BOA across the street. Brentwood, California. Area Zip Code = 94561

  The newer employees (tellers) really need to learn what customer service means. They are very rude! Everytime i come here at least 2 times a week they do not xonversate with u at all. Today the teller pretty much threw the money at me along with my change order paper. She rushed me as I tried to put my large change order in the bag and was irritated because I wasn't fast enough for her. Then I was helped at the handicapped counter and the person who is the "greeter" didn't even let me finish standing up before she was grabbing the chair out from under me. She rushed me away from the counter as fast as she could.

  Family friendly people.....easy 2 open accounts....Only Problem with promos is they run out of thee my Lil poney stuffed animalz 2 quickly....makes me go HuMmmmmm...Great Bank though...Peace & Prayerz

  No matter time of day or day of the week they always have a long wait to meet with a banker... seriously considering changing banks
