  I previously gave a 5 star rating. My recent experience with 1st Franklin was less than desirable. I called and got a payoff. I paid that amount in full. I called today only to find out that I owe an additional payment. Either this is a scam or the person I spoke to does not have a clue.

  my wife was sent through the mail with a' guaranteed loan certificate' for 1000.00 when we called we were told it was not for a 1000.00 but up to a 1000.00 when I said I have it my hand judy mayben who signed it and answed the phone got really rude saying it does not say what it says she said we need to do application while doing the app I tried to ask a questi0n and she yelled at me saying do want to do the app or not at that point we decided to get a loan else where I spoke with the home office they want me to fax the certificate to them
