  Be careful with this company. A couple of weeks after the passing of my husband, I received a call from them. They conveyed their sympathy and said how sorry they were about his passing. Made it sound so sincere. Said my husband had an insurance policy and that it was willed to me. Inquired about a copy of the death certificate. I took it to the office and asked how much was it? They said they didn't know. Had it timed just right. A couple of weeks later I received a letter in the mail for a payoff for a loan. The insurance that was willed to me, I ended up with a check for $20.51. I wish they could been completely honest up front. Got me when I was very vulnerable. Honestly is always the best policy. Felt betrayed. .

  Mrs. Ronda Merritts is the best, l just love her. She made my visit very easy for me. I always get a Wonderful welcome when l come into the office. Ronda is a very sweet and loving person. I enjoy working with Ronda either on the phone or in person. She is the BEST❤️❤️❤️❤️

  I had a wonderful experience with First Franklin. As being a previous and now current client with the facility, Rhonda Merrits has always exemplified great customer service. She provided a positive experience and kept in contact with me after I paid my loan off to offer me more money. Thank You Rhonda!

  They are so easy to work with. I had a high loan payment with another business and was able to consolidate for a much lower payment. They work with what you need not what they think you need. My experience has been amazing. I would recommend 1st Franklin Financial to anyone. They won't disappoint you.
