  I went in yesterday after doing my very easy online application at work, I'd told them I submitted documents and all and was loving the new website and Belinda pulled me up easily and swiftly and took very good care of me. I was in and out in no time thanks to her expertise.

  I called to ask a question. You close at noon, and I called at 11:45 am. I was hung up on twice. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me with you guys. I’ve taken loans out with you guys quite a few times. I’ve used other businesses too. Difference is, while they may be smaller, they don’t try to get out early on a Saturday, when they’re only open for 3 hours. If you don’t wanna work…then quit. It’s very unprofessional to not wanna answer a question, and then hang up on someone, repeatedly. When I’ve paid my last loan payment with you…I’m done. Don’t call, don’t text, don’t ask me for your business ever again. I’m tired of dealing with y’all.
