  This is the absolute best place to go if you’re in need of a loan. Even for me being on disability benefits, they were there to help me. Ms. Carol was very friendly and professional. The process is quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know in need of a loan.

  I would not recommend this loan company to anyone! They tried to get one over on me. I may be young, but I'm not that naive. When my husband and I went to go pay the loan off the manager said the interest added up $15 A DAY! Which would make over 6 grand in interest in 15 months time. Seems to me someone was trying to put extra cash in their pockets. Only got straightened out when they were threatened with the BBB. They didn't want no part of that then we finally ended up paying what they were owed. Not what they wanted.

  I have been doing business at 1st franklin in Gaffney for over a dozen years have always had a great experience and all the ladies there are top notch I would recommend this place to any and all thanks for the years of service and what has become a great friendship !!!! On a scale of 1-10 definitely a 10

  Paid off my loan over a month ago and still cant get my car title back. Now im having to deal with the DMV and i hope i get it. Paid off my loan to sell my van and now my buyer has went somewhere else thankin i dont have a title for it at all. Bad part is i hope theyre not right. To top it off they called me today to see if we wanted a new loan but dont have my title.
