  Called office to speak to manager who would not even get on the phone. When I finally did get to speak to the manager Katrina She was very unprofessional and rude. I have had a couple friends who have also experienced the same with her when speaking with her. I actually had a friend who was in the office getting a loan and they witnessed her treating co workers with the same disrespect. If this is what you want representing your company then I will do business elsewhere and will pass the word on.

  These folks at 1st Franklin are awesome. The staff is so professional and are very helpful. They listen intently and answer all your questions. They genuinely care about their customers and how they help. If you want to do business with a staff that really cares, then 1st Franklin is the place to go.

  Super friendly staff, great people to work with - they handle the financing for our shop (On Target Shooting Sports), and the 1st Franklin team is great about answering questions and helping customers. Keep up the great work!
