  Wonderful experience. Called the manager for an auto loan and everything was taken care of same day. Was able to get a reliable vehicle because of the awesome service from this office. Really appreciate the attention Anglin quick response.

  This place isn't even worth one star. I borrowed a small amount of money to invest in my business and that was one of the worst decisions I ever made. The interest rate they charged is highway robbery. Please save yourself the headache. I paid this thing off as soon as I could and they still got a huge chunk of charge out of me. For example, if you borrow $2000, expect to pay $3500 back. They charge a daily and monthly fee. Even if you try to pay the loan off early, they still hurry up and tack a whole bunch of extra fees on. There are plenty of places to borrow money from but this place is not one of them.

  Our rates are regulated by, and in many cases, approved by the individual states in which we operate. Our rates are also related to the credit risk we are taking when making certain loans. All of our rates are conspicuously disclosed to our customers in our loan documents. We apologize for your negative experience with our LaGrange office.

  I just want to warn people before they consider this place to assist their monetary needs. I do not have a loan with these First Franklin and I never will. These people are a complete rip off. They are the worst loan company in this area to even consider. If you borrow $400 you are going to be paying back $1000. Beware. Don't get trapped.
