      I usually wait until main head quarters send me a check through the mail . If I need money will cash it if not shred it. The only thing I don't likevisvyou can't pay over phone or internet. They have always been nice and friendly to me. I read reviews about how some was treated. I haven't experienced any rudeness from the staff,if I do in will take my business elsewhere.

      Poor customer service at it’s best. Mimi Godwin asked me if I was male or female which is unethical and AGAINST the law and I will be filling a complaint with the corporate office!

      Spent 45 minutes filling put paperwork and was told to contact them in an hour after they called my employer and landlord to verify information. They hung up on my co-worker after they were put on hold without even verifying my employment. Then told me they couldn't help me when I called to check on the status. The lady that answered the phone, who happened to be the supervisor, was unnecessarily rude to me.

      This place is a joke. Don't be 30 minutes late on a payment. They'll call you 100 times in a row. Customer service sucks. And interest rate is unheard of.
