  Just moved here from up north. Went in to inquire about a loan. Both of the ladies up front were amazing help. Both deserve raises. They explained the loans so easily to me.

  This is John Taylor everyone is great to work with and Sam is very wonderful at what she does up there she should get a raise but anyway this place is very nice to work with I would recommend anyone to go check them out I thank you all for being very nice to me and I thank you all for treating me like a human being y'all have a nice day it's been nice working with you all

  I Just wanted to say that I Love the Customer service up at 1st Franklin. I Love that I can go into a place when I’m in need And walk out Completely satisfied. Ms. Kimberly was Very nice to me, Treated me better than anyone in there and always gave me a Beautiful smile that I’ll never forget. Thanks to her I will always be a Loyal customer!

  My husband always uses 1st Franklin when he needs to borrow money. He says they are the best around. He always goes to Amber. He says she's the best at working with him. Everyone in the office is very professional but with a neighborly welcome for all. We would highly recommend using 1st Franklin Financial for their needs!!!!
