  They helped me when no one else would. I’ve even been very behind before and they were willing to work with me. They are really wonderful caring people. I’ve been a customer for several years and I’ve seen some staff changes and you usually expect things to change but the customer service is always great. I’m actually shocked they have any 1star reviews because I know personally how hard they try to work with people.

  I will admit I'm not crazy about the interest, but the staff is very friendly and forcoming with you. I was a little nervous when i saw how many papers i had to sign but it was nice to know exactly what i was signing up for. Also, I like it when a place knows me by name and will cut up with me. They seem to really appreciate and enjoy their customers.

  I went to 1st Franklin in Bremen because I needed something notarized and a friend told me they could do it for me. They greeted me with friendly smiles and asked how they could help me right away. AND they notarized my papers free of charge!!! Seems like a great place to me!
