  WOW!!!! This is not your average loan company! Jeanni is AMAZING, CARING, LOVING, AND OUT GOING PERSON . Jeanni likes to take time for her customers and gets to each and everyone of them by name. She is truly amazing at her job and always smiling. I have been with them since 2018 and they have been truly amazing. I always keep a loan open with them, she has became part of my family. GO JEANNI YOU ARE AMAZING!

  Courtney is super friendly and helpful. She made my loan process quick and easy in a time where I was in a bind and needed emergency funds ASAP. If ever I’m an emergency again, I’ll come back.

  I'm not the kind of person who is into borrowing money and I could care less about credit.... This was my second time borrowing money from these people, These are some crooked people making me pay them more money than what i really should have paid off i would have paid it off already but noooo they want to charge me more so they can have more money in there pockets... Never again i can't stand lying garbage..... P.S stop send me texts i don't want to have anything to do with this anymore...

  I have dealt with World Finance in Dothan, Al for over 10 years. Great Place!! I moved to Houma 6 months ago. Last Monday I contacted the Houma branch to see about getting interest on my current loan. The girl that answered said that the lady I needed to talk to was at lunch but someone would call back within the hour. Four hours later I called again and that lady said that the supervisor was out of town and would be in contact with me Wednesday. It is now one week later and still no one has contacted me. Really disappointing!
