  I met Ms. McGee about 3 yrs ago at 1st Franklin Financial. The customer service she offered, the patience and caring she gave to me to feel at ease doing my time of NEED. I would recommend my Family and Friends to 1st Franklin Financial. You guys treated me like Family even though I was a Customer. I know if I need 1st Franklin's help again I would go back in a heartbeat!! Thank you 1st Franklin Financial and Ms. McGee!!

  I submitted my application for a loan at about 3am, by 9:30am Richard was on my phone trying his best to help me get the money I needed. When I got into the office around 2:30 that same day, I was helped by Mrs. Rosalyn who was so kind and helpful! This branch and it’s staff is simply the best. Very kind, helpful, and they have humor to match! Can’t beat a place like that! I highly recommend this branch—1st Franklin Financial—if you ever need some financial help.

  I enjoyed my experience here. Rosylin was awesome!! She was friendly and fast. I was in and out in a matter of minutes! I would recommend them to anyone . Mandy from the union branch was awesome also!!
