  My experience with David and his team at 1st Colorado Mortgage Solutions was incredible. I’m a first time home buyer and was able to secure an FHA mortgage with a unique set of circumstances because of David’s extensive knowledge and never give up attitude.   Ann came highly recommended by a friend when we needed a professional to assist us with a home refinance loan.   Thanks! My wife and I were looking to purchase a new home with an USDA loan, we were referred to Ann at 1st Colorado Mortgage Solutions.  USDA loans can be a logistical nightmare and Ann, with her expertise, made our loan process smooth.  One thing that impressed us was that Ann was willing to travel to our home and meet us on two separate occasions.  She walked us through all the paperwork and made sure we were on the same page.
