  I came over after speaking to someone over phone. She was the only one inside. Horrible attitude. Horrible customer service. She thought I was going to let her be disrespectful to me and I refused. Auto Money across the street was extremely helpful. This business should be closed.

  The most important thing for me is customer service. When I went into 1st Capital, their representatives were friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. The entire process of getting a loan was quick, easy, and surprisingly pleasant! I seldom write reviews, but when something is exceptionally great or not so great, I think it deserves its praise or critique. 10/10 would recommend.

  Be careful going here. They use loopholes in the SC law not to exceed the caps regulated. And you end up paying triple or more the loan amount. Customer service is communicative but they are out to drain you in the long run not to help you. Stay Away or have a lawyer help you before accepting their terms.

  I went there when I was in a bind and knew I had the title to my car. I went in and got the funds I needed the same day to handle my bills. It was easy and fast. Once I paid off I was given my title the same day. I had no issues. If u need quick funds for a short time definitely worth a look at.

  These people are scum I am a disabled Vet and my health worsened I offer to pay more than I borrowed .They said no and the interest rate was like 50%. They said they did not have my address but they called many times and sent mail.They repoed my only car.I borrowed about $800.00 They told me that it would be $20000 to get it back $20,000 ! They did that on purpose because who has $20,000.Then they said they sold it for $4000 are you kidding me? A HONDA Pilot perfect shape $4000? Then they did not turn the tag it and I am being fined. These people are scum. Like the dog sh...on my shoe

  Wouldn't give any stars if possible!! These people are crooks!! I came in with my children and stressed to them that I needed a RELIABLE vehicle because my kids would be riding in it, they sold me a car claiming it to be very reliable etc. It left me and my 4 kids stranded the next day. I drove the car home, packed it, then when we left home in the car the next day we were left stuck on the side of the road because the car quit working. They refused to do anything at all about the problem!! These people are crooks and liars!!! I wouldn't ever recommend anyone to do business with them EVER FOR ANY REASON!!

  I went here in an emergency situation- I ddnt have time to gather all the imformation, wait on verifications and credit checks at all the other places I stopped at. Beth listened to me vent and handled my frustration professionally as she quickly got me the money I needed. Neither when I got the loan or paid off the loan did she try to “push” more money on me, money that I ddnt need nor could afford to pay back. She did not take advantage of my desperation. If you need a loan, go here first! And use me as a referral!

  I would not give them any stars. I called before i came in twice and asked whats wrong with the a VW 2006 and he told me the driver door didnt open and needs tune up. I came in with my 2 year old daughter, asked him again he told me the same thing. I paid 2000 dollars for this car. After i5started driving the car off the lot it was jerking, took time to accelerate and scared my daughter, we turned around and I yold him what was going on he told me the manager drove it here it was fine, idk what you mean. I felt lime he took advantage of me abd my daughter and being a women to sell me a faulty car. I spent 160 dollars to get a diagnostic for the VW dealership to tell me I shouldbhave gave the car up. To sue them and go to the BBB. This car was for me to go back and forth to work and be there fornmy children and he played my family not a care in the world. This company is disgusting and horrible and no one should buy from there ever none of there businesses. Didn't even try to get me even a better car. I struggle alot and he just made it 10 times worse and took my hard earned money. I will be going to court on this.

  I recently had an emergency and needed funds in a hurry. Not only did 1st Capital Finanace help me with the funds I needed, they made the whole process very quick and painless!! I was literally in and out of the office with the money I needed in less than 40 min. I would recommend 1st Capital FInance to anyone
