      Worst car ever , lucky I can't give it no stars . Bought a car from there , in 2 weeks fuel pump went bad 3 months transmission had to be rebuilt Now 7 months of having this car it needs a new engine. Save your money and go somewhere else. I wish I did . I find it strange that the moment their warranty ran out this car is completely gone. And the repairs cost more than the car. Don't worry about calling them , they will continuously remind that you bought it as-is. And it's not their problem. The corporate office is no better , you will be on hold all day , and get nothing resolved .

      If car buying was this fun, I'll purchase a new car every year! My experience w/ Crown Auto was amazing! I am a first time buyer and the staff was very informative and knowledgeable of the cars on the lot. I appreciate their patience with helping me find a car that I love! I am extremly pleased w/ my purchase and I will definitley recommend this place to anyone interested in finding a reliable car. Thank you to Tracy, Lisa, and John for making it happen!

      I wouldn’t recommend it to nobody I’ve had my car for 3 months and they’ve been “fixing” it since I’ve got the car. The Rock Hill office is the nicest office. The service was cool at first but I WISH I would’ve went somewhere else. I hear BAD things about crown everyday now. The people at corporate rude AND THEY REALLY DONT FIX YOUR CAR. NEVER GO TO CROWN AUTO SERVICE DEPARTMENT it’s a waste of time!!!!!!! The company just want your money they don’t care about you tbh. Make sure everything good with the car before you buy. Don’t think this is a place for reasonable prices cause it’s not their gonna make a BIG BIG profit off you. Only reason they have good reviews is bc of the Rock Hill office. I’ll give it 1 star with my experience with corporate. I gave it 5 stars on December before I purchased a car. If they keep it up they’re going to be like “Finance Motors” SUED

      I had a wonderful eperience. I was recommended by a friend. This was the most stress free purchase I have ever made. Brian is wonderful, understanding as well as helpful. If you are looking for a vehicle, even if you have had credit issues, this is the place to be. You will leave here happy and stress free.

      Simple process with a company that really wants to help. Ask about the owner and his history. Rock Hill location - everyone there is very professional and helpful. Listen, Mr. James Hines is someone you would be proud to call a friend. John did everything possible to make things work out with excellent results and a very fairly priced vehicle.       I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy a car from here. when i bought my car and took it home i had problems out of it the next day i called John and Lisa and they gave me the run a round about who i need to talk to.They didn't care they acted like its not our problem its your problem now. So i'm thinking to myself where are the nice people who sold me this car i guess its all fake until the car leave the lot. So after calling lisa over and over telling her this isn't right i shouldn't have to pay for repairs after a day of buying this car. she said there is nothing i can do just call John Gerst at the corporate office he is the other John boss i said ok. So i been trying to reach him and guess what no answer.THIS IS A SHADY DEALERSHIP SO PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE FOR A CAR.

      Yes they put in a car n all. I got my car n still no tag.I always call n ask for my tag she say she go to the DMV every Friday still no tags.Everyone that got a car that day got they tag now but me.Then they tell me they don't have a title for my car .How u sale me a car without a title that's not legal at all.The first month I called over n over they tell me we got to go get your title from Charlotte but they don't have it they keep giving me the run around.Its been three months now so they called me out the blue n say u can bring the car back n pick another out for the same price r keep it still we have to find your title r figure something out.Now that's sad o I'm riding with a dealer tag for two months now.

      We had tried a few other car dealerships and were told "due to your short length of time on the job, you're going to get a NO where every you go... I work contract, make well above average income, at Crown, they looked at me as a person, the fact that I've been doing the same job for 22 years (on contract) not the amount of time I was at this particular company on contract. Before we even set foot on the car lot, I had sent in all my documentation (Drivers Licence, Proof of income, residence etc.), Brian and John (I think that's the right name) checked my information, interviewed me for the loan and had an approval amount before even getting there. Although we chose a car we absolutely loved from the internet pictures, it happened to be about $4,000.00 more than our approval, but they worked with us, our down was only $500.00 more than for something in our approval amount, we received a much lower interest rate than expected. They deal with people from all walks of life, from those making minimum wage to those making over $150k a year...no matter what your situation, you're not brought in with a false sense of what you're approved for then sent to what I call the "Dog Pound" of ratty cars, you know up front before even going what you're approved for and are given a choice of late model, quality vehicles (in our case we were determined to get the one we fell for). Brian had the car we were interested in waiting for us when we showed up, handed us the keys for a test drive and when we returned, it was a matter of getting the car on our insurance, signing the paperwork, paying the downpayment and we were on our way!!! You will be treated with the respect and integrity you deserve, nothing hidden like 99% of the car dealers out there. Everybody was friendly, they make you feel like family, they're professional and don't pull anything over your eyes... If you're looking for a car, bottom of the barrel horrible credit or top of the chart excellant credit, you're going to get awesome treatment... I recommend this dealer (with multiple lots to pull from) 150%...

      I got my car yesterday!!! They are very understanding!! The customer service is EXCELLENT!!! They will work with you to put you in a nice ride!! I recommend everyone to go and see them!!!

      I have never been treated better by anyone that I can remember; although I have a terrible memory. The time I spent here on the lot was so much fun. I am going to total my car, so I can come back and get another one from Barry & Tracy. (Tip) get good insurance, so when you total your car, they will refinance you a new one; and the fun begins all over again. Usually I have to be intoxicated to laugh and carry on like this, but not with Barry & Tracy keeping this circus going. I also wanted to thank Bernard for his continued prayers, and splahing me with holy water.......it helps!
